Logo Customization Methods Introduction – High-Frequency Voltage
High-frequency embossing (HFE) logos utilizes high-frequency energy to heat and fuse materials such as TPU and PU in a short time, creating a three-dimensional embossed effect through a mold. Advantages include a sleek, seamless appearance, durability, and colorfastness, conveying a high-end, technological brand image, commonly found in sportswear and functional bags. Disadvantages include its limitation to heat-fusible materials, its inability to create complex or extremely fine lines, and the increasing difficulty in molding the finer the graphic structure.

Order quantity: 300 pieces
Price calculation: based on embossing area and mold complexity
Unit price:
* Small area: NT$8~15
* Large area: NT$15-30
Mold fee (for reference only, varies depending on the complexity, detail, and size of the logo):
* Small molds: NT$1500~3000 (applicable to dimensions within 3 cm in width and height)
* Large molds: NT$3,000~8,000 (applicable to dimensions of 3 cm or more in width and height)
Sample processing time: Approximately 10-14 days (excluding shipping time)

Limitations: Logos with excessively thin lines, independent suspended graphics, or overly complex internal structures cannot be fully rendered using high-frequency embossing. Only applicable to heat-fusible materials such as TPU, PU fabric, and nylon. The embossing effect will be affected if the fabric surface texture is too deep.

Suitable applications: Smooth and stiff fabrics, such as sportswear, nylon jackets, outdoor bags, golf bags, tote bags, clothing bags, travel bags and various TPU/PU packaging materials.
