Introduction to Logo Customization Methods – TPR
TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber) logos are made by injection molding thermoplastic rubber into a soft, elastic, three-dimensional patch, which is then sewn or attached to the product. Its advantages include a soft touch, non-scratching feel, wear and tear resistance, and the ability to create a noticeable three-dimensional visual effect, making it particularly suitable for products requiring both durability and a premium feel. Disadvantages include lower detail compared to metal or silicone, and the more complex the design, the more difficult it is to mold; also, TPR itself is relatively thick, making it unsuitable for ultra-thin fabrics or those requiring a highly conforming fit.

Order quantity: 300 pieces
Price calculation: based on the size (length × width) and thickness of the rubber stamp.
Unit price:
* Small-sized rubber patches: NT$8~12
* Medium to large size rubber stamps: NT$12-25
Mold fee (for reference only, varies depending on the complexity and size of the logo):
* Small TPR mold: NT$1500~3000 (width and height within 3 cm)
* Large TPR mold: NT$3,000~8,000 (width and height 3 cm or more)
Sample lead time: Approximately 7-12 days (excluding shipping time)

Limitations: Not suitable for thin lines, sharp corners, or overly complex graphics; if the logo is not connected at the beginning and end or is too thin, it may not be able to be successfully molded with TPR. TPR itself has thickness and weight, making it less suitable for lightweight clothing or elastic fabrics; it is recommended for use with materials that offer better support.

Suitable applications: Materials with a certain thickness or stiffness, such as sports bags, clutches, multi-purpose bags, golf bags, shoes, gloves, hats and other small items.
